Reviews
Where reviews come from, what the client sees and how reviews appear publicly and in the dashboard.
Reviews arrive on their own: when an order is closed, the client receives an e-mail with a link and rates the work from 1 to 5. The link is single-use and valid for 30 days. A company cannot make up a review — only a completed order produces one.
What the client sees
The review page: the company name, the work order number, stars from 1 to 5, an optional comment and the signature choice — with a name ("Ivan P.") or anonymously. It can be sent once.
Where they appear
- Dashboard, "Reviews" — every review of the company with filters by rating, branch and assignee; the average and a histogram. A master sees reviews of their own orders only, but the company-wide average.
- Public page and catalogue — the review, the rating and the signature. Full name, car and order are visible to staff only.

Anonymity
If the client asked not to show their name, the public page shows the review without an author. Inside the company it is still linked to the client and the order — it is a publication rule, not a removed link.
