Bookings, cars and history
What the client sees about their visits: work orders, cars, service history and recommendations.
The account shows the client what the service recorded in the dashboard — but only what is marked as visible to the client.
Cars
The client's cars across all services: make, model, plate. The car card — details and its history.
History
A timeline across all cars: completed services with the date and the service, recommendations, notes the service marked as visible to the client. "Staff only" entries never appear here.
Work orders
Every order of the client with its status. The order card — services and totals, "before" and "after" photos, issued documents. Cancelled orders are shown as cancelled.
Recommendations
A separate section with every recommendation from the masters: "renew the ceramic coating in 6 months", "change the oil in 8,000 km". To book on a recommendation, the client goes to the company page — the "Overview" links to it.
