Plans
Starter, Pro and Business: what is included, branch and employee limits, per-branch prices.
Pricing is per branch, not per employee. A 14-day trial without a card, yearly payment with a 20 % discount, prices in euro, VAT under EU rules.

Reading the "Plan" section
- Right now — the plan in force and until when; during the trial — days left and the "What changes when the trial ends" block.
- Subscription — the "Subscribe" button, and once subscribed "Change plan", "Cancel subscription" and "Resume subscription" — see Payment.
- Allowances — branches and employees: "used out of available" and how many more can be added. When a limit is used up, the add button says "The plan's allowance is used up" and leads here.
- Cost — an estimate for the current number of branches, VAT included; the final invoice comes from the payment provider.
- Plans — the catalogue of the three plans with monthly and yearly prices.
- Invoices — subscription invoices from the payment provider.
Moving to a smaller plan
What is already created stays: extra branches and employees are not deleted, but new ones cannot be added while the count is above the limit. Features missing from the new plan (PDFs, e-mails, reviews) stop working for new actions; data can be read and exported as before.
