Plan and trial period

What the 14-day trial gives, which plan applies afterwards and where to see it.

A new company gets a 14-day trial without a card. During it the Pro plan applies: PDF documents, e-mails to clients, reviews, recommendations and the client account are all included.

Where to look

The "Plan" section of the dashboard shows three things:

  • Right now — which plan is in force, when the trial ends and how many days are left.
  • What changes after the trial — which features stop being included if you do not subscribe, and which limits (branches, employees) are already exceeded.
  • Allowances — how many branches and employees are used out of those available.

While the trial runs, the home page shows a short reminder "Free trial: N days left".

After the trial

If no subscription is taken out, the trial ends and the company enters the "Subscription not active" state: the data stays and can be read and exported, but paid actions (new PDFs, e-mails to clients, review invitations) are unavailable, the company is hidden from the catalogue and online booking on the public page is switched off. Bookings and orders inside the dashboard keep working.
